 Escape to the mountains with your family and friends for a weekend of fun and relaxation!  Whether you click, drag and drop your images on to a digital page, showcase your memories in a decorative scrapbook, or slip pictures into a pocket page, it will be a memorable time! 

The registration fee listed below includes your sleeping room for Friday and Saturday night, 3 days of scrapbooking in the spacious, well lit conference room, gifts, door prizes, demonstrations and classes.  No meals are included.  Dine at the new lodge restaurant or one of many Berkeley Springs restaurants. The lodge includes a fitness center, indoor heated pool and whirlpool. The lodge rooms in the new wing feature two queen beds, hair dryer, mini-fridge, microwave, and single-serve coffee maker. Rooms on the original lodge wing are smaller with one queen bed. They do not have a microwave. 

·   Retreat Fee with Single Room – $445 (2 Q beds) or $390 (original lodge with 1 Q bed)

·   Retreat Fee with Two per room - $275 per person (2 Q beds) or $250 per person (1 Q bed)

·   Retreat Fee with Three per room - $235 per person (2 Q Beds)

·   Retreat Fee with Four per room - $215 per person (2 Q beds)

·   Retreat Fee with no hotel room - $120, single day rate = $40
